1. SMS messaging terms

How you opt in

You opt in on fantasyfootballalerts.com by entering your own mobile number into our signup form and ticking a consent box that starts unticked. The box is never pre-ticked. The consent wording shown at the point of signup is:

I agree to receive recurring automated text alerts from FantasyFootballAlerts at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.

The exact consent text and a timestamp are stored with every submission. Nothing is sent to you at the moment you submit the form, by text or by email. Text alerts are running now, and they go only to people who hold the $19 season pass: a number given on the free list is held for that and is never texted unless you buy. Once you hold a pass and have given consent, alerts start with the next injury or lineup news that affects you. You may opt back in after cancelling by replying START or UNSTOP.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can buy the season pass without giving us a phone number and without ticking the consent box. Alerts are delivered by text, so a pass with no consented number attached receives none until you add one, which you can do at any time on the signup form at fantasyfootballalerts.com. We do not buy, rent or import phone lists; every number we hold was entered into our own form by its owner.

How you opt out

Reply STOP to any message. Opt-outs are honoured immediately and permanently for that number. If you change your mind, opt in again on the site or reply START.

Carriers and delivery

Messages are delivered by mobile carriers on a best-effort basis. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Not all handsets or carriers support all message types. If you change or give up your mobile number, tell us, so that messages meant for you do not reach whoever the number goes to next.

Your mobile number and your SMS consent are never sold, rented or shared with any third party for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

2. The service

FantasyFootballAlerts delivers fantasy football information and analysis by text message. We also use email for your welcome, for service notices, and to answer you when you write to us. The free player board and the free list cost nothing and oblige you to nothing: joining the free list does not create a paid subscription, and on its own it starts no alerts, by text or by email. The paid product is the $19 founding season pass. Holding it, together with a mobile number and the consent described above, is what starts the injury and lineup alerts.

You must be 18 or older and a US resident with a US mobile number to receive text alerts. You must give us a mobile number that is yours to give.

3. No guarantees about outcomes

Our alerts are opinion and analysis, not fact and not advice you are obliged to follow. Player performance, injuries and game outcomes are unpredictable. We do not promise that following an alert will improve your results, and we are not responsible for the outcome of any fantasy league, contest or wager. This is an information service, not a betting service and not investment advice.

4. Data and third parties

Player data is obtained from licensed professional data providers. Alerts we send are our own analysis and phrasing built on that data. FantasyFootballAlerts is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Football League, any NFL team, or any fantasy sports platform. All team and league names are the property of their respective owners.

5. Payment

The free player board and the free list are not charged for, and never will be. The paid product is the $19 founding season pass, a single charge covering the 2026 season through January 2027. It is not a subscription: there is no recurring billing, no off-season charge, and nothing to cancel. Founding members keep the $19 rate for subsequent seasons; the standing price from 2027 is $39 per season. Prices are shown before you are asked to pay and we will not charge a payment method without your explicit consent. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.

6. Refunds

If we do not deliver the alert service described on this site for the 2026 season, you get a full refund of the $19 pass. It is refunded to the card you paid with, not issued as store credit. Email support@fantasyfootballalerts.com and tell us; we do not require you to argue the case.

This restates, and does not narrow, the refund promise made on our homepage and at checkout. Where the wording differs, whichever statement is more favourable to you applies. Nothing here affects any statutory right you have that cannot be waived.

7. Acceptable use

Do not resell, redistribute or republish our alerts, scrape the service, or use it to build a competing product. We may suspend or end access for misuse, for abuse of our support channels, or for non-payment.

8. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, MG Managements LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page changes when we do. Material changes to the SMS terms will be notified to subscribers directly.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which MG Managements LLC is organised, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
